3.1 scrambled egg

Description: quick and easy to make snack

Ingredients:
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g Butter, salted
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Unflavoured)
 g Mushrooms, white, raw
 g Onions, raw

Directions:

1 in a pan melt the butter over med/low heat 
2 slice the onion and mushrooms, fry in the butter until soft, 
3 in a bowl whisk the egg and ketocal LQ season with salt and pepper to taste,
4 add the egg mixture to the pan and stir until scrambled.
