almond xmas bark

Description: easy make ahead snack for Christmas or anytime 

Ingredients:
 g Almonds, flaked (HCP added*)
 g Eggs, chicken, white, raw
 g hoosiel hill farm icing sweetener
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Vanilla)
 g 90% dark chocolate

Directions:

1 in a bowl mix the almons, egg white together place on to lined baking sheet in 1 even layer use the back of a spoon to smooth the mixture out.
2 dust the top of the bark with the sweetener and bake at 170oc for about 6/8 minutes until the top is golden brown allow to cool on the tray
3 melt the chocolate in the microwave and pour over the cooled almond bark stread out to give a thin layer,
allow to cool and store in a tin break off pieces as needed
