Macaroni Cheese

Description: 3:1 mac and cheese

Ingredients:
 g Broccoli, green, raw
 g Cheese, cheddar (HCP added*)
 ml Morrisons Double Cream (HCP added*)
 g Kingsmill 50/50 medium bread 800g (HCP added*)
 g Pasta, white, dried, raw
 g Oil, olive

Directions:

1. Cook the macaroni as per packet instructions
2. Grate the cheese
3. Heat the cream and stir in the cheese, macaroni and 5ml of olive oil
4. Pour into a heatproof dish
5. Break the bread into crumbs and mix into 7ml olive oil
6. Sprinkles the bread crumb mix oiver the macaroni and put under a hot grill to brown the top
7. Cook broccoli as you wish and coat in 5ml oil
