Scrambled Egg on Toast

Description: 3:1 scrambled egg

Ingredients:
 g Butter, unsalted
 g Cheese, cheddar (HCP added*)
 ml Morrisons Double Cream (HCP added*)
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g Kingsmill 50/50 medium bread 800g (HCP added*)

Directions:

1. Mix egg, cheese and cream into a bowl
2. Add 12g butter to the pan and melt before making scrambled egg as normal
3. Toast x1 slice of bread and cut off 15g
4. Butter the bread with remaining butter
Season as you wish throughout
