 g Squash, butternut, raw
 g Celeriac, boiled in unsalted water
 g Butter, salted
 g Cream, fresh, double, including Jersey cream
 g Protifar

Directions:

1.Cook butternut squash and weigh out required amount.

2.Puree with celeriac with a hand blender.

3.Mash with the remaining ingredients.
