2.1 yogurt breakfast

Description: quick and easy breakfast 

Ingredients:
 g Oil, olive
 ml Alpro soya yogurt - plain (HCP added*)
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
 g Raspberries, frozen

Directions:

1 place the frozen raspberries in a bowl with the olive oil and mash with a folk until you have a puree, (add sweetener at this stage if needed)
2. mix the yogurt and ketocal powder, then stir through the raspberry puree,
3 serve or place in the fridge until needed.
4 great for breakfast, weaning, or a snack dessert.
