2.1 breakfast smoothie

Description: easy breakfast great when you're on the move 

Ingredients:
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Unflavoured)
 g Mixed berries (BRHC) (HCP added*)

Directions:

1 add ketocal LQ and berries to a blender (add ice if you want a thicker consistency) and blend until smooth.
2 drink straight away or store in a flask to keep it cool when you're on the move.
