4.1 breakfast smoothie

Description: quick easy breakfast great when you are on the go.

Ingredients:
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Unflavoured)
 g Mixed berries (BRHC) (HCP added*)
 g Oil, olive

Directions:

1 add ketocal LQ, berries and olive oil to a blender (add ice if you want a thicker consistency) and blend until smooth.
2 drink straight away or store it in a flask to keep it cool when you're on the move.
