3.1 prawn cakes

Description: easy to make 

Ingredients:
 g Prawns, king, raw
 g Eggs, chicken, white, raw
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
 g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw
 g Mushrooms, white, raw
 g Oil, olive

Directions:

1 place the raw prawns, egg white, spring onion, mushrooms, and ketocal powder into the bowl of a blender with the blade attachment pulse a few times until the mixture forms a touch paste. season with a good pinch of salt and pepper and pulse again to combine.
2 Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over med/low heat.
3 add spoons of the mixture into the pan and slightly flatten with the back of the spoon to form a small Pattie shape fry for a few minutes on both sides until cooked though.
4 eat straight away or allow to cool then freeze until needed
