2.1 pumpkin mash

Description: great side dish or use for a topping for fish pie, cottage or Sheppard's pie 

Ingredients:
 g Pumpkin, flesh only, boiled in unsalted water
 0 Butter, salted
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)

Directions:

1 steam or boil the pumpkin once cooked mash season to taste and salt and pepper,
2 stir though the ketocal powder,
3 serve hot or allow to cool then freeze until needed.
