2.1 scrambled egg

Description: prep time 5 minutes 
cooking time 5 minutes 

Ingredients:
 g Mushrooms, white, raw
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g Butter, salted
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)

Directions:

1 slice the mushrooms and fry in the butter until soft, season with salt and pepper
2 in a small bowl whisk the egg and ketocal LQ together (add pinch of dried herbs at this stage to change and add flavor).
3 add the egg to the mushrooms and stir with a wooden spoon until the egg is set and cook thought.
4 serve hot
