Description: Easy smoothie meal

Ingredients:
 ml Liquigen
 g Strawberries, raw
 g flaxseed almonds brazil walnuts Linwoods milled (HCP added*)

Directions:

To make smoothie, you add all ingredients and blend until nice and smooth, then serve
