Roast pork boil celeriac and mash with the double cream, boil carrots-
Ingredients:
g Broccoli, green, boiled in unsalted water
g Tesco extra thick double cream (HCP added*)
g Raspberries, raw
g Stock cubes, chicken
g Butter, unsalted
g Celeriac, boiled in unsalted water
g Carrots, old, boiled in unsalted water
ml Creamfields Double Cream (HCP added*)
g Pork, loin joint, pot-roasted, lean
Directions:
Roast the pork - take aside 12g for the blend
Boil the vegetables - celeriac, broccolli and carrots
Mash the celeraic with some of the butter and double cream
Add the remaining butter and double cream to the vegetables
Make the stock- 1/4 of a stock cube with water and add
Pudding: Extra thick or double cream can be used with the blueberries - mix and blend
