MKD muesli

Description: prep time 5 minutes
cooking time 10 minutes
2 portions 
can be batch cooked 

Ingredients:
 g carb zone tortilla wrap (HCP added*)
 g Nuts, mixed
 g Coconut, flesh only, fresh
 g Oil, olive
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Vanilla)
 g Salt
 g Cinnamon, ground
 g Ginger, ground

Directions:

1 slice the low carb wrap into 1/4 inch pieces.
2 chop the nuts and coconut into bite size pieces.
3 to a bowl add the olive oil, ketocal powder, pinch of salt, ground cinnamon and ginger stir to combine.
4 add the chopped nuts and wrap and mix until everything is well coated in the ketocal mixture.
5 place onto a lined baking sheet and place into a 150oc oven for 5 minutes, then remove and turn the muesli over using a fish slice or pallet knife, bake for another 5 minutes until golden brown, remove from the oven and allow to cool fully on the tray,
6 store in a air tight container until needed.
