Description:

1.Place KetoCal LQ, blueberries, a big squirt of sweetener and 4 ice cubes in a blender.

2.Blend for approximately 1 min (or until mixture is smooth).

Ingredients:
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Vanilla)
 g Raspberries, raw
 g Sweetener, liquid, Hermesetas (HCP added*)

Directions:
