Ingredients:
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Unflavoured)
 g Raspberries, raw
  Sweetener, liquid, Hermesetas (HCP added*)

Directions:

  1. Place KetoCal LQ, raspberries, a big squirt of sweetener and ice cubes in a blender.
  2. Blend for approx 1 min (or until smooth).
