Ketoclassic porridge breakfast pot

Description: Ketoclassic porridge, whipped cream and raspberry coulis

Ingredients:
 g Ketoclassic porridge (HCP added*)
 g Butter, unsalted
 ml Cream, double, Tesco (HCP added*)
 g Raspberries, raw

Directions:

Melt butter in a pan and stir in porridge. Cool to harden to get a crunchy porridge.
Whip the cream and serve on top of the porridge
Heat the raspberries in a pan to form a coulis and serve on top.
