Chicken wrap using lo-dough
Ingredients:
g Lo-Dough (HCP added*)
g Chicken, breast, grilled without skin, meat only
g Avocado, average, flesh only
g Mayonnaise, standard, retail
g Oil, olive
g Tomatoes, standard, raw
Directions:
1. Cut the chicken into stips and cook in a pan with the olive oil.
2. Heat up the wrap in a clean frying pan for a few minutes.3. Mash the avocado together with the mayonnaise.3.Spread the avocado and mayonnaise mix ono the wrap, add the tomato and chicken, and the fold the wrap up, ready to eat.
