Cottage pie
Ingredients:
g Stock cubes, beef
g Cheese, cheddar (HCP added*)
ml Cream, double, Tesco (HCP added*)
g Beef, mince, raw
g Oil, rapeseed
g Beans, green, boiled in unsalted water
g Potatoes, old, boiled in salted water, flesh only
g Swede, boiled in unsalted water, flesh only
g Tomatoes, canned, whole contents
g Carrots, old, raw
g Butter (Clover) (HCP added*)
Directions:
Fry mince in oil add tomato and carrot then add beef stock
In a sauce pan boil potatoes, swede
Boil green beans Put meat in a dish and mash potato and swede with the butter and cream put on top of meat sprinkle with cheese
Cook in oven 20 mins
