Yogurt with Fruits - Inspired by Brazil

Description: A healthy breakfast

Ingredients:
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
 g Yogurt, Greek style, fruit
 g Strawberries, raw
 ml oil, canola (Patient added*)

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients, except the oil.
  2. Add the oil or fresh cream straight to glass and serve.

Suggestions:
Instead of strawberries, you can use 20g Fresh Blackberries.
Instead of Canola Oil, use 50g Fresh Cream
