Courgette Chips 4:1 - Inspired by the Middle East

Description: Tasty side dish that goes with every meal

Ingredients:
 g Courgette, raw
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
 g Egg, yolk (HCP added*)
 g Oil, olive

Directions:

1. Coat the courgettes with beaten egg yolk.
2. Coat the sliced courgettes with Ketocal.
3. Deep fry in oil. Don't forget to add the oil from the pan to the cooked chips!
