Ingredients:
 g Butter, salted
 g Coconut, desiccated
 g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
 g Raspberries, raw
 g Pears, average, raw, flesh only

Directions:

Weigh double ingredients listed
  •  Weight pears and raspberries and place in dish.
  • Add splash odd sweetener
  • Mix together ketocal and butter and pour on top
  • Cook for 15 mins.
  • Serve half of the dish.
