Lo-Dough Pizza

Ingredients:
 g lo-dough (HCP added*)
 g Pepper, capsicum, red, raw
 g Sainsbury's pitted green olives (HCP added*)
 g Cheese, Mozzarella, fresh
 ml Cirio Tomato Passata (HCP added*)
 g Salami
 g Oil, olive

Directions:

1. Preheat your oven to 250°C/475F/Gas 9 2. Mix the olive oil with the passata and spread across the Lo-Dough in a thin layer, right up to the edge. 3. Add the chopped pepper, salami and olives evenly over the pizza, then add the cheese. 4. Place it in the oven for 7 minutes or until golden and bubbling. 4. Serve with a crack of black pepper on top.
