Cheese and Bacon Muffins

Ingredients:
 g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
 g Butter, salted
 g Flour, Almond (HCP added*)
 g Baking powder, carb free, Barkat (HCP added*)
 g Cheese, cheddar (HCP added*)
 ml Flour, coconut, EastEnd (HCP added*)
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g Milk, semi-skimmed, pasteurised, average
 g Onions, raw
 g Bacon rashers, back, raw

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 170C/gas mark 3.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together and place in the mould. (Save half the butter to spread on the muffin at the end)
  3. Cook for 30 mins or until golden.
  4. Remove from the oven and allow to cool on a wire tray.
