Moroccan Meal - Matthew's Friends

Description: Moroccan meal.      

Ingredients:
 g Lamb, mince, raw
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g Oil, sunflower
 ml Alpro Soya Light milk (HCP added*)
 g Tomatoes, canned, whole contents
 g Olives, green, in brine, drained, flesh and skin
 g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw
 g Creme fraiche, full fat
 g Mushrooms, Chinese, dried, raw
 g Coconut, desiccated
 g Salt
 g Pepper, black
 g Schwartz Moroccan Seasoning (HCP added*)

Directions:

Fry the meat with the spices and a little salt and pepper in the oil. Add chopped mushrooms, olives and spring onions and cook gently until soft. Add tomatoes and a pinch of coconut and simmer for 15 minutes then place in an oven proof dish. Mix until smooth then mix the crème fraiche, egg and a pinch of salt and pepper and the Alpro soya light milk and pour over the top of the meat mix. Cook in a pre-heated over at 170c/150c Fan/Gas 4 until set, this will take approximately 20 minutes.
