Lasagne.
Ingredients:
g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw
g Cucumber, raw, flesh and skin
g Beef, mince, raw
g Cheese, cheddar (HCP added*)
g Oil, olive
g Creme fraiche, full fat
ml Mayonnaise Hellmanns Full Fat (HCP added*)
g Tomatoes, canned, whole contents
g Tomatoes, cherry, raw
g Mushrooms, white, raw
g Lettuce, average, raw
g Garlic Puree (GIA) (HCP added*)
g Gia Sundried Tomatoe Paste (HCP added*)
g Mixed herbs, dried
g Mustard powder
Directions:
Fry the onions and mushrooms then brown the mince. Add the tinned tomatoes, herbs and Gia garlic and tomato pastes and simmer for 20 minutes. Layer in an over proof dish with the lettuce. Grate the cheese into a bowl and microwave gently to melt the cheese and mix with the crème fraiche. Pour over the mince and lettuce layers. Grate some cheese on top. Bake in a moderate oven for approximately 20 minutes until golden. Serve with the cucumber, tomatoes and mayo on the side.
