Chocolate Muffin (Nut Free)

Description: Can be batched up and frozen

Ingredients:
 g Butter, unsalted
 ml Cream, double, Tesco (HCP added*)
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g Flour, Self raising (Mcdougalls)
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
 g Cocoa powder

Directions:

You will also need a 1/8 teaspoon (a pinch) of BARKAT baking powder and approximately ½ teaspoon of liquid sweetener. Pre heat oven to 180c / fan 160c / gas 5. Soften the butter, then beat in ALL the ingredients. Place in a muffin mould. Cook in pre heated oven for approximately 15 minutes.
