Coconut chocolate

Description: Coconut chocolate.

Ingredients:
 g Lindt 90% (HCP added*)
 g Oil, coconut
 g Sweetener, liquid, Hermesetas (HCP added*)

Directions:

Melt the Lindt chocolate in the microwave or in a bowl over a pan of boiling water and then add the coconut oil. After it has all melted add the hermesetas. Pour the mixture into a measuring jug with a spout and pour mixture into silicone moulds or ice cube trays this recipe should make around 8/10 chocolates but you can make more or less depending on the size mould you use. Leave to cool at room temperature. You can refrigerate or freeze the chocolate if preferred but it will lose some of it’s shine. After the chocolate has cooled and is completely set keep in the fridge.
