Savoury Muffin (Nut Free)

Description:
A nut free Savoury Muffin
Medium difficulty and takes 15 minutes to bake.
Multiply ingredients to batch cook

Ingredients:
 g Butter, unsalted
 ml Cream, double, Tesco (HCP added*)
 ml Egg, beaten (HCP added*)
 g Flour, Self raising (Mcdougalls)
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
 g Cheese, cheddar (HCP added*)

Directions:

You will also need a 1/8 teaspoon (a pinch) of BARKAT baking powder. 
Pre heat oven to 180c / fan 160c / gas 5. 
Finely grate the cheese. 
Soften the butter then beat in ALL the ingredients. 
Place in a muffin mould. Cook in pre heated oven for approximately 15 minutes.
