Description: Cottage pie with mashed celeriac and mashed potato

Ingredients:
 g Onions, raw
 g Beef, mince, raw, extra lean
 ml MCT Oil
 g Gia Sundried Tomatoe Paste (HCP added*)
 g Peas, frozen, raw
 g Broccoli, green, raw
 g Stock cubes, beef
 g Celeriac, raw
 g Potatoes, old, raw, flesh only
 g Butter, salted

Directions:


Fry the chopped onion and in the  MCT oil until soft.  Next add the mince beef, and beef stock cube (2 g )  and stir with a wooden spoon to ensure the mince does not clump together. Cook well and then add tomato puree, brocolli and frozen peas and put lid on to simmer.  Add salt and pepper to taste.  Chop raw celeriac and raw potato and cook well in some water.  Once cooked add the butter and mash or leave quite lumpy if that is preferred texture.  Place the beef mince mixture in an oven dish and place the celeriac and potato mash on top - bake in oven. 
The ingredients in this recipe can be multiplied by 4 to 6 to make 4 to 6 portions (and can be frozen).
