Description: Each piece of fruit is 5 grams of carbs - suitable for mid morning snack - can have with a little bit of cheese as cheese is free (protein) - have with 5 ml of MCT oil.

Ingredients:
 g Kiwi fruit, flesh and seeds
 g Strawberries, raw
 g Raspberries, raw
 g Satsuma (peeled) (HCP added*)
 g Blueberries
 g Apples, eating, raw, flesh and skin

Directions:

serve in small container - can add some cheddar cheese  (as free)
