Zucchini soup

Description: Creamy zucchini and Parmesan soup 

Ingredients:
 g Courgette, raw
 g Stock cubes, beef
 g Garlic Puree (GIA) (HCP added*)
 ml Aldi double cream (HCP added*)
 g Cheese, Parmesan, fresh
 g Cauliflower, raw
 g Oil, coconut

Directions:

Sauté courgette and garlic in coconut oil. When soft add stock cube dissolved in 250 ml of water, add cauliflower. Cook gently for 10 mins, when soft blend and add in cream and Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper
