Cod and Tomato

Description: fresh cod in a tomato and spring onion sauce

Ingredients:
 g Butter, salted
 g Cod, flesh only, raw
 g Garlic Puree (GIA) (HCP added*)
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
 g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw
 g Tomato puree
 g Tomatoes, canned, whole contents
 g Raspberries, raw

Directions:

Melt the butter & cook the cod and spring onions in that.  Add the garlic and tomato puree and the tinned tomatoes and cook and add the ketocal at the end.  Serve some raspberries for dessert
