Chia Seed Porridge

Description: Breakfast meal

Ingredients:
 g Cinnamon, ground
 g Chia Seeds (Raw Health) (HCP added*)
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Vanilla)
 g Bananas, flesh only
 ml Cream, double, Tesco (HCP added*)

Directions:

Soak Chia seeds in 90 ml of Vanilla Ketocal and leave in fridge overnight to swell (stir to ensure all seeds evenly distributed in the ketocal- also ensure that the seeds are all in the liquid and not on the side of the dish).
In the morning add  15 g of mashed banana and 9 ml of double cream and mix together. You can then heat up to have hot porridge or eat cold.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top.

You can double up the recipe and keep one serve in the fridge for the next day.
