Portuguese Stew and chocolate

Description: Mediterranean Delicacy

Ingredients:
 g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
 g Carrots, old, raw
 g Cabbage, green, raw
 g Chorizo
 g Pork, fillet, raw, lean and fat
 g Veal, escalope, raw
 g Sausage, blood (Patient added*)
 g Oil, olive
 g Cream, fresh, single
 g Cocoa powder
 g Sweetener, Truvia (HCP added*)
 g Parsley, fresh
 g Mint, fresh
 g Salt
 g Pepper, black
 g Cloves, dried

Directions:

  1. Cook the carrots, cabbage, sausages, pork, veal and pudding in water, seasoning to taste with salt, pepper and cloves.
  2.  Drain and serve on a plate, being careful to season the vegetables with olive oil, parsley and mint.



For Dessert:
  1. Whip cream with Ketocal neutral and cocoa powder. If necessary, add stevia.
  2. Serve decorating to taste.

Innovate this recipe by adding more aromatic broth and oriental spices like saffron, recreating a new delicacy with a more attractive color and a more intense flavor.
