Jack - mince lamb curry

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Lamb mince 20% fat (Tesco) (HCP added*)
 g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw
 g Celeriac, raw
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
 g Oil, olive
 g Curry powder

Directions:

Fry celeriac gently in olive oil (or use another oil) and curry powder - do not use a high heat.  Add mince lamb and spring onions.  Once cooked nicely add the Ketocal powder to thicken.
