berry Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS:**
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Vanilla)
 g Raspberries, frozen
 g Water, distilled
 ml Cream, double, Tesco (HCP added*)
 ml Vanilla extract, sugar free (HCP added*)
 g Sweetener, liquid, Hermesetas (HCP added*)

Directions:

  1. in a jug place all the ingredients and blend with a hand blender till smooth 
  2. pour into moulds, or freezer friendly box with a lid
  3. Place in a freezer for 20 mins.
  4. Remove, then stir mixture until smooth.
  5. Repeat process twice more, then leave until frozen.
  6. Divide into 5 equal servings.
