meat loaf

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Beef, mince, raw
 g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g Flour, Almond (HCP added*)
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
 g Cheese, Parmesan, fresh
 g Butter, salted

Directions:


1. in a bowl add the mince beef, egg, ketocal powder, almond flour and melted butter.
2. chop the spring onions thinly and add to the mix.
3. mix everything together with a wooden spoon and transfer into a loaf tin (you can bake this in muffin tins if you don't have a loaf tin)
4. bake in the oven 180oc for 15/20 mins 
5. serve hot or allow to cool, slice and use for lunch boxes, sandwiches, or eat as a snack.
