Lamb Casserole

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Lamb mince 20% fat (Tesco) (HCP added*)
 ml Calogen Neutral
 g Swede, flesh only, raw
 g Carrots, old, raw
 g Oil, olive
 g Tomatoes, canned, whole contents
 g Oil, walnut

Directions:

Fry lamb in walnut and olive oil.
Add finely chopped carrots and swede and any dried herbs.
Stir in tinned tomatoes and simmer for 20-30 mins, add a little water if needed.
Stir in Calogen at end of cooking.
