mkd 2.1 lunch box

INGREDIENTS:**
 g turkey and sage tart (Patient added*)
 g Cucumber, raw, flesh and skin
 g Celery, raw
 g Cheese, Babybel (HCP added*)
 g Yogurt, whole milk, twin pot, thick and creamy with fruit
 g Cheese, cream, Philadelphia
 ml Mayonnaise Hellmanns Full Fat (HCP added*)
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Vanilla)

Directions:


1. mix cream cheese with the mayo and use as a dip (add seasoning or smoked paprika or curry powder to change the flavours).

2 cut up the cucumber and celery into batons.
3 make up the lunch box with if you want to keep the box cold, freeze the ketocal over night and add to the box to keep it chilled by the time you need to eat the food the ketocal will be defrosted and chilled and ready to drink.
