Tuna Mayo 3.5:1 340cals MCT

INGREDIENTS:**
 ml MCT Oil
 g Hellman's Real Mayonnaise (HCP added*)
 g Tuna, canned in sunflower oil, drained
 g Tomatoes, standard, raw
 g Avocado, average, flesh only

Directions:

Mash avocado with a fork and mix in oil. Chop tomatoes and put in a bowl, break tuna up with a fork and mix with mayonnaise and tomatoes, serve with avocado.
