MCT chocolate truffles

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Chocolate dark - Green and Blacks 85%
 g Asda extra thick fresh double cream (HCP added*)
 ml MCT Oil
 g Sweetener, Truvia (HCP added*)

Directions:


1 pour the cream and MCT oil in a microwaveable bowl and heat until the cream is hot 
2 choc the chocolate into small pieces with a sharp knife.
3 add the chopped chocolate and truvia to the hot cream mix and stir until the chocolate has melted.
4 place in the fridge until the mixture has set
5 take teaspoons on the mixture and roll into balls you should get 4 truffles out of the mixture.
keep chilled until needed
