MCT crackers

INGREDIENTS:**
 ml MCT Oil
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g Almonds, flaked and ground

Directions:


1, mix everything together in a bowl until you have a smooth paste
2 divide the mixture into 4 and spread out onto a lined baking sheet, Use the spatula to shape into a 2'' circle.
3 bake at 160oc, Cook on one side for 5/8  mins or until golden brown, turn over and cook for a further 5 mins until crisp.
4 Once cooked, remove and place on a wire tray before eating.
5 store in an air tight tin till needed.
