MCT almond butter

INGREDIENTS:**
g Almonds, toasted
ml MCT Oil
g Salt
Directions:
1 toast the raw almonds in a dry frying pan over med/low heat until golden brown.
2 add the almonds to a food processor and pules a few time to break the nuts down
3 add the MCT oil and pulse until combined if you want a smooth butter pulse a few more times until smooth,
4 store in a sterilized jar and keep in the fridge until needed.
