Sultana Cookies

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Flaxseed, Linwoods (HCP added*)
 g Eggs, chicken, white, raw
 g Oil, safflower
 g Sultanas
 g Sweetener, Truvia (HCP added*)
 ml Vanilla extract, sugar free (HCP added*)
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Vanilla)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 190C/fan 170C/gas mark 5.
  2. Beat egg white until frothy,stir in remaining ingredients, including a few drops of vanilla extract and liquid sweetener.
  3. Place on baking tray lined with non-stick foil or baking parchment.
  4. Bake for approx 15-20 mins.
