Tuna lettuce wrap

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Tuna, canned in sunflower oil, drained
 g Lettuce, average, raw
 g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw
 ml Mayonnaise Hellmanns Full Fat (HCP added*)
 g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
 g Cheese, cream, Philadelphia
 g Oil, olive
 g Mushrooms, white, raw

Directions:


1. Drain the tuna from the tin and place in a bowl.
2. Add the Ketocal powder, mayonnaise, olive oil and cream cheese - season with pepper. 
3. Grate the mushrooms and add to the mix with the chopped spring onion.
4. Mix everything together and then portion out to the lettuce leaves; use the lettuce leaves to wrap up the tuna mixture like a parcel. 
5. Wrap the parcels in cling film and place in lunch box.
