raspberry Breakfast Cereal

INGREDIENTS:**
 g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
 g Butter, salted
 g Almonds, flaked and ground
 g Morrisons Freeze Dried Raspberry Pieces (HCP added*)
 ml Vanilla extract, sugar free (HCP added*)
 g Water, distilled

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 160C/gas mark 3.
  2. melt the butter and allow to cool
  3. in a bowl mix the ketocoal powder, ground almonds, crumble in the freeze dried raspberries to a dust then add to the mix
  4. Add water, melted butter and vanilla extract and mix to a soft dough
  5. fill a piping bag with the mixture, line a baking tray with baking paper and pip out small amounts onto the tray you might need 2 trays depending on the size.
  6. bake for 8-10 mins the cereal will be golden brown and dried out.
  7. once baked cool on the tray and store in an airtight container until needed.
