pizza mushrooms

INGREDIENTS:**
 g mushrooms, portobello (HCP added*)
 ml MCT Oil
 g Tomato Puree (GIA) - sun dried (HCP added*)
 g Cheese, Mozzarella, fresh
 g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw
 g Peppers, capsicum, green, raw

Directions:


1. Place the mushroom on a lined baking tray and brush with the MCT oil. 
2. Fill with the tomato paste and then add the chopped spring onion, and green pepper - top with grated cheese. 
3. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes at 170 degrees C until the mushroom is tender and the cheese has melted.
4. Enjoy on its own as a main meal or serve with salad.
