cream sauce for pasta

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Cream, fresh, double, including Jersey cream
 g Eggs, chicken, yolk, raw
 g Cheese, Parmesan, fresh
 g Bacon rashers, streaky, raw
 ml MCT Oil

Directions:


1 fry the bacon in the mct oil until crisp in a frying pan
2 in a bowl mix the egg yolk, cream, 
3 boil the home made pasta for a few minutes until cooked 
4 add the pasta to the frying pan with the heat turned off and stir in the cream mixture the heat from the pasta will cook the sauce.
5 add the cheese and serve.
