INGREDIENTS:**
 g Butter, salted
 g Oil, sunflower
 ml Egg, beaten (HCP added*)
 ml Cream, double, Tesco (HCP added*)
 g Strawberries, raw
 g Holland and Barrett Almond Flour Flurry (HCP added*)

Directions:

Melt butter & oil in pan, mix all ingredients with some liquid sweetener. add melted butter/oil mix to batter. pour into pan and cook both sides serve with strawberries and davinci strawberry syrup
